Welcome to J.D. Power and Associates’ Voice of the Customer assessment. This confidential assessment evaluates how well you feel your company listens to its customers, and ultimately turns what it hears into customer satisfaction.
When you’ve finished the assessment we will tabulate your answers and show you how your score compares to others who have taken this test. We will also ask you a few questions about your company and your position. This additional input allows us to show you how your score compares to: 1) other companies that compete in your industry, and 2) others who are employed in similar positions as your own.
